Ok, after a busy summer away with lots going on we are gonna soon get back into the ‘normal’ flow of things!! Check out the homepage start back dates for BB, GB and RYF. All starting very soon…

Hey guys,
After a pretty hectic yearand what seems like no time at all the Summer Mission is only 6 days away!! It kicks off next Tuesday 17th – 20th. Im sure you are all excited and ready to go! Just a few things before we kick off though!!
If you are coming we are all meeting at 9:30am on Tuesday – and staying through to Friday. If you are staying here is a few things you need to know!!
1. Information on what you need…
Bible & pen, Clothes for 4 days, Rain poof coat, Wash stuff/towel, Sleeping bag and bed – roll up, air bed etc…pillow if you need it!Breakfast, lunch & dinner will be provided each day at church. 4:30pm each day – time to get home for a shower, dinner at 5:30pm
2. Bands that are playing…
There are only two bands / Artists with myspace neither have been to Woodlands before so get on and check them out. Nothing worse than not knowing any songs!! so here goes…

Have a think about what team you want to get involved with and we can get sorted quickly and get hitting the streets!!

3. PRAY!!!!
We don’t want to put all this effort and time in if its not for God’s glory! So on that note get praying that God will be at the centre of all that we do! We always have an awesome time and pray that this time is not any different! Pray for each other that God will impact us as we try and do his work and that we get opportunities to talk to people and share something of what God has done for us!!

As of Saturday I will be off on holiday for a couple of weeks. Please get in touch with one of the other youth leaders who are about if you have any questions or query’s about anything that’s coming up, or any issues going on! I hope and pray you are all gearing up for the Summer Mission – 17th-20th August. Please be praying for this and for all the guys involved in the New Horizon Team – 17th-23rd July and Sandy Row – 1st-6th August.

Woodlands are facilitating the PSNI in an event for Primary School children this week…so Drop In wont be on. Sorry! All the best to those doing exams this week – we will be praying for you.

THIS INFO BELOW WAS POSTED A WEEK OR TWO AGO. PLEASE READ IT AGAIN!! THE PERMISSION SLIP AND MONEY IS NOW DUE IN. FINAL COLLECTIONS WILL BE MADE THIS SUNDAY AT YF
In case you haven’t got one yet you can download the Summer Mission 10 letter and permission slip on the ‘Parents’ page – the form is due in by 13th June. Please read carefully and fill in fully! Both under 18’s, over 18’s and anyone wanting to lead must fill it in and return it..
YF -SUN 6TH JUNE
Make sure you are at YF tonight – Chris and Gareth will be telling us about their trip around the world and Chris is speaking on Hebrews 12. Should be a really good night so don’t miss it.
Remember: we are meeting in the Crèche Room…and don’t forget Summer Mission Forms and money!!!
